The GCC’s transformational decades proved that audacious visions can become reality. Vistas Global, a multifaceted company offering solutions and services in operations and technology management, strategically acquired Rathmore Consulting in 2025. The group was founded by Suraj Thampi, an entrepreneur who pioneered the business process outsourcing (BPO) concept in the Middle East in 1998 and now stands as a technology and professional services leader employing over 1,300 across five continents. Rathmore, a specialist claims and disputes firm established by Ronan Kelly, was acquired to transform its hard-won industry lessons into a competitive advantage. This integration positions Vistas Rathmore to provide truly independent advisory and comprehensive solutions for the GCC’s mega-projects, ensuring operational success and mitigating risk.
This strategic acquisition fuses two complementary strengths: Rathmore’s deep regional construction expertise in commercial advisory and forensic analysis with Vistas Global’s technological capabilities and global platform. Together, we created something unprecedented—a firm that combines seasoned construction intelligence with predictive analytics to deliver Intelligent Project Certainty.
