In 2025, Vistas Global—a 1,300-person technology and professional services leader founded by entrepreneur Suraj Thampi—acquired Rathmore Consulting, the specialist claims and disputes firm established by Ronan Kelly to provide independent advisory to the region’s mega-projects. This strategic acquisition fused two complementary strengths: Rathmore’s deep regional construction expertise with Vistas Global’s technological capabilities and global platform.
