Specialising in commercial management and dispute resolution, he has led high-profile infrastructure, oil and gas, and civil engineering projects. Mike brings the rigorous commercial expertise that underpins our contracts and claims capability.
Director, AI and Data Science
Mel is a Chartered Engineer and AI innovator with over 20 years of experience: 15 years delivering complex buildings and infrastructure projects in the Middle East and Europe, plus 7 years in AI research and venture building, including co-founding two AI startups. At Vistas Rathmore, that rare combination of hands-on construction delivery and AI expertise means Mel leads the development of intelligent tools that are built for how projects actually work.
